Shipping & Tax

  1. Once you place your order, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. The delivery period spans 7-15 business days, with variations depending on the destination country. Following order placement, you will receive a confirmation email from FedEx, detailing the anticipated shipment date for your purchase.

  2. Please note that all countries operate under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) system. The prices indicated for our products do not encompass taxes and VAT. The recipient assumes responsibility for any import fees, customs taxes, and local taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these charges is imperative to ensure the release of the order from customs.
  3. As the exact amount for taxes and customs fees is unpredictable, we recommend verifying the applicable charges before finalising your order. In certain instances, the courier may furnish a separate invoice for local taxes, which must be settled to facilitate the clearance of your order.

Exchange & Return Policy

  1. Return Instructions:
    • If you wish to initiate a return or exchange due to a change of mind, please contact us via email ( within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the received product(s), along with the item code, order number, and the reason for the return.
    • Orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the warehouse.
    • Upon receipt of your email regarding a return or exchange, our customer service team will reach out to you via email or phone.
    • Returned items must be in their original condition, complete with tags and any original packaging. Include a note with your order number and name.
    • Please be aware that returns are only accepted if you have followed the above instructions and if your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns sent without prior consent will not be accepted.• Even defective/incorrect items must be returned with all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging, and unworn.
    • Shipping fees for returns caused by our error will be covered by the company. However, in other cases, the initial shipping fee plus the return fee will be charged. The return fee varies and depends on local FedEx pricing.

  2. We accept returns/refunds if:
    • You receive a product different from your order.
    • You receive a defective product.

  3. We do not accept returns/refunds if:
    • You are returning items due to a change of mind (on size, colour, etc.) or returning rings, stools, or other accessories.
    • Products are damaged due to mishandling.
    • Your return request is not approved by our staff.
    • Please note that we may not be able to process a refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

  5. If the product becomes wet from sweat, promptly wash it to prevent potential partial bleaching.
  6. We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from consumer negligence or deformation due to improper washing.
